I've been going here since I was a teenager. It used to be such a great practice. I have become so disappointed as a patient. I can't get a sick appointment and when I do. I wait over two hours. The dr doesn't even take his time to talk. I don't know what takes so long. As a mother it is such a inconvenience to go there. I called today (Thursday) for a painful sinus infection and they gave me two options for an appointment today in an hour or Saturday. Totally unacceptable. On to another dr.

Don't waist your money with this practice. Doctor is lacking bed side manner, making appointments to be scene for urgent matters is impossible, does not provide more than one referral at a time... the list goes on and on.
Professional, accommodating (I've never been turned away for a last minute appointment request) and friendly.
I should have become a patient sooner. Dr. Mercado and his staff were knowledgeable polite and professional. Time was taken to go over all questions and there was a true dialogue.
The only benefit of this office is the doctor is bilingual.
