Called in to try and get an appointment to get looked at. Was told this office only deals with current patients. So they don't want new ones? I moved to mount olive 5 yrs ago and have used a doctors office in cedar knolls. I guess I can't experience the convenience of a doctors office down the road from me? I was treated like my concerns don't even matter. So no appointments with new patients, no walk ins even willing to wait (the website actually has a tab that states walk-ins) and a demeanor of they're just too busy to bothered by my inquiry. Excellent customer service.
Been coming here since 2003. I recently moved to west Orange. Since they are so wonderful, I decided to stay with them eventhough it is a longer ride
I used Dr. Ghanta for many years. She is by far the best doctor I ever had. I recently relocated to another state and am so sad to lose her as my primary care physician. She really listens! She takes the time to understand and make the appropriate medical recommendations. Somehow, she even finds a way to be close to on time for her patients. I can't express how much I hate having to find another doctor.
