I have been going here for 20+ years - the staff is wonderful. They have gone above and beyond more than once. Many of the rescue groups I have worked with use this practice.
I have been coming here for a little over 2 years and there amazing, not only the doctors but the staff as well! Dr. Lovell is an excellent, caring, and thorough doctor. I have seen other doctors in the practice and they took the same care and read over all the notes from Dr. Lovell in order to understand Jasmine and her history. I love that when we walk in the door they know exactly who we are without saying are name!! Jasmine gets to come to them about every month for her nails and she gives them a run for there money, lol! She's a very scared dog and they treat her so well and distract her while cutting her nails!!! There was a time I called for a emergency and they told me to come right down and was taken immediately. I would recommend this vet to anyone!!!!!
Great vet with reasonable prices. Unlike my local vet, an appointment at a given times means at that time, not that you get to wait 30 minutes or more. Dr. Lovell is just wonderful. Great attitude and super caring. Cannot say enough good things about him nor the quality of care our pets have received from him. Well worth driving by a whole bunch of vets to go see him.
I just started going to see Dr.Lovell with my baby Sasha and he is amazing. I was scared walking in not knowing what was wrong with her but he explained everything and made me feel comfortable with his care towards my dog. He called me with her results and advised me as to what I should be doing next and also called to see how she was doing a week later. I love the fact that he cares about her just as much as I do. Even though its a long travel for Newark I don't care as long as my baby is taken care of that is all that matters to me. I would recommend this animal clinic to everyone. He is wonderful and so is the staff
Misdiagnosed my dog two times. Gave him a second chance, big mistake. Thankfully found a decent vet in Chester.
