Butchered my dogs fur and reuined his fluffy look. Never again.
Had my business for 7 years. Made an appointment for today over a week ago. They call and cancel. Guess they think they're worst buy Aka Best Buy. 2 hours before an appointment and they cancel because they can't staff properly. I'm done with them. Petco on the other hand said they can take the dogs tomorrow morning. Guess who is getting my business from now on? Not Pet Dumb. I will be protesting pet smart from now on.
