We have had a wonderful experience selling our house with Kathy Hill at Re/Max Heritage Realtors! We initially tried to sell ourselves, and when that didn't work, we contacted Re/Max Heritage and sold it within 1 month.
I first started looking for a home in September, but unfortunately did not use ReMax, and I wish I had used them from the start because they were nothing but fantastic! I tried to buy a townhouse and the deal fell through, and I was very adamant about not wanting to start over again. As it turns out, I found a listing, contacted the agent, which was Avyril, and within 24 hours, she contacted me to say that unfortunately, it was no longer on the market, but she was willing to help me look for a home. She did everything from look for homes, send them to me, and set-up days and times that worked around both of our schedules. I am a teacher and greatly appreciated her willingness to work alongside me, rather than me having to do all the work. Avryil even took the time to bring me to her office, to explain all the steps to buying a home, along with printing out a contract and explaining it step by step. I have never had anyone be this thorough, and I was nothing but grateful for all her help. If you are looking for a home, I highly recommend using ReMax and asking for Avyril!! You won't regret it!
