I love FIT4MOM Mt. Olive! Sam is motivating and inspiring. I always look forward to spending time and working out with the other moms and kiddos. This is so much more than an exercise class - it is a community!
Love love love this exercise class!!! Samantha keeps things interesting with different exercises every class. Love the fitness challenges, moms night out, and crafts for the little ones. So glad I found this program.
A friend from Chicago recommended finding a FIT4MOM group postpartum and I really lucked out with this one. Samantha is energetic, encouraging, and creative with her workouts. I started when my daughter was 6 weeks old and she helped me ease back into working out with different levels of difficulty for each exercise. The camaraderie, kids' crafts, and Moms' Nights Out make this exactly what I was looking for.
Samantha runs a fantastic workout program! Workouts are intense but she is conscious of everyone's physical abilities. She also coordinates mommy nights outs and play dates which are great for new mommys who want to meet others in the area! Love it!!
