They show a picture on their website, then send a confirmation saying they can substitute as needed. However, they substitute a smaller arrangement, in a smaller vase. They delivered the flowers with several crushed and broken lilies, but did drop off a few new lilies after I called, so I could fix my own arrangement the next day. This is why florists are going out of business.

I came in looking to get a dozen red roses. Thankfully they had just had a shipment come in. I got the roses and they looked amazing and were cheaper than other places I had gotten roses from. Overall experience was wonderful. Will stop by again for more flowers in the future!
I've visited Family Florist in Budd Lake three times for single-vase arrangements, and they always provide lovely seasonal flowers at reasonable prices. I walk in, they ask for my budget, and in a few minutes I'm out the door. The flowers often last over a week as long as the water is kept clean. Happy to patronize this local business.
