Great group of people at this store. Very helpful. They actually came to my home to confirm that service would be good before switching from Verizon to T-Mobile. The service has been great. Data speeds are faster than verizon. Happy made the switch.
Place is ok. But a long wait. Any time I've been here I spent an hour.
I've gone through 4 HTC ones in 3 weeks, while this is not the individual stores problem, they DID tell me upon the 4th exchange I would be eligible for an "alternate exchange". They told me they couldn't process it so I called the customer service, and...NOPE. The sales associate had lied because HTC doesn't even offer an alternate phone exchange. So now I'm stuck with a phone that I can't even put apps on because I'll have to exchange the phone so often and I refuse to re-download all my apps on a weekly basis. Can't waite for my contract to end!
