Good deals and selection on clothes.
Bad for men's clothing. More expensive and they are always out of size large. No sunglasses or shoes either.
Need more cashier's and there is no customer service counter . Plus you can't even pay a bill at the store.
I rate this 5 stars because it has a lot of Hi-Bounce Balls that are in Old Navy.
Not good----does not accept returns @store when purchased on Web site even with tags still attached to items purchased. Will rethink shopping @Old Navy. Awful policy.
