Much better the past year. The reviews complaining about the wait probably didn’t realize that if it’s busy then the wait is longer.
Walmart makes BIG PROFIT and it is a time to share the profit with low paid employees.
Service kind of slow, however - What to expect from people who got paid only $10.65 per hours.
Well had the longest wait and then realized they replaced the wrong pair. So they took another hr to put back my good pairs. Then on my way back my steering was vibrating like crazy at higher speed. So, stopped and checked in a service center and they figured that the tires were inside out. Spent another 40 for balancing. Lesson learned is its worth spending more than to waiting 4 hrs and bad service in walmart. The one that worked on my car was someone call Mark. Just be aware!!
Great service at an AMAZING price, Mark fits peoole in as quick as possible. The staff is very pleasant and helpful, I wouldn't go anywhere else!
I got turned away for an oil change because it was 5 pm and they choose at 6. I guess the 3 techs hanging out talking around a single car in the 3 bay garage were too busy to do a simple oil change. There were also no cars waiting outside. This is the third issue in this store so I'll just shop elsewhere from now on.
