Great service, easy access atm
I came to the PNC in Flanders because I had lost my debit card. However, after speaking with the banker, Syeda, I was convinced that this was where I would request a loan I have been considerin. She was very knowledgeable and attentive, helping me every step of the way. I am very happy with my experience because her and the manager (Ms. Oconnor), who came over and introduced herself, put me completely at ease - which is VERY important where my money is concerned.
Their bank managers and wealth managers have zero follow up skills. They don't even return emails even when I tell them I am going to close my account. Then when I go in to close my account, they say there is a problem with the signature card (they didn't have it in file) and keep me there for 2 hours plus while they work it out. Meanwhile, they let my husband make a large withdrawal a few weeks prior without a signature card. Plus, their rates are bottom of the barrel. Use the smaller community banks.
Closing the drive thru permanently made me close my accounts permanently. I wonder how much $ corporate paid for the study to decide this ?
